Airbnb (Platform) : 3-4% = 4 €
TinosHost : 10% = 10 € + 2,4 € (VAT) = 12,4 € (Basic Management)

Each platform charges you with a specific amount. This amount is a percentage of each booking. Before we publish your property in any plarform, we are going to analyze and explain you clearly what it is going to charge you.

When and how will I get paid?

Each platform has a different payment policy. Before posting your accommodation on a platform we will let you know.

How much will I be taxed?

The taxation of short-term leases is the same as regular leases. Contact us to let you know.

When and how do I pay for TinosHost?

The method of payment for the services is based on an agreement with our respective partner. During our communication, the way and the time of payment for the services offered to you can be agreed.

Each package includes different services therefore the agreement is changed on a case by case basis.

Do I choose the prices of my accommodation?

Our team is able to offer indicative prices for your accommodation according to its capabilities. Using scientific tools we compare your accommodation with the rest of the market and create a rising pricing perspective to maximize profit and bookings. 

In any case, you will have the final decision to choose the price of your accommodation. 

Can I specify a minimum length of stay?

You can specify the minimum length of stay per period. You should keep in mind that as the minimum length of stay is increased, the lower the visibility of your accommodation in the search results and the less chance of a visitor being selected.

Can I keep the property closed for a period?

Of course! You can at any time ask us to book your property on specific dates. Remember that this should be done in a timely manner and requires no reservations during this period.

What communication do I have with the visitor?
